BODY

BODY is a full service spa specializing in Massage, Somatic Polarity®, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Ortho-Bionomy®, Rolfing®, facials & body scrubs. We also offer yoga, pilates and Nia classes, taught by experienced, caring and encouraging teachers.

Whole BODY Cafe is a health conscious cafe with fresh, organic selections for all palates and diets. BODY also houses a boutique featuring yoga supplies, candles, clothing, music, books and gift items.

Little BODY is our childcare program; our materials focus on body esteem and awareness. Activities are movement- and spatially-oriented. We borrow from the Montessori philosophy in that we offer high quality, low-tech toys made out of natural materials.

BODY is a brisk walk or a short drive from the Sage Inn.

Body is open daily from 7am - 9pm
